I am new to Vertical Axion. I had been using another similar company for many years before; HOWEVER, the differences are significant. With my prior provider, the turn around time was between a day or more (they were overseas), but with VA, I have responses with any questions or comments within hours or minutes. They seem to work with me as I am developing the changes (and make suggestions along the way). They are responsive 7 days a week. I now have a new site on their platform with a more modern look, greater SEO and recommendations from them on how to improve readability and response. So far, I am pleased with my decision. If they maintain this pace, they’ll be my provider for a long time. Thank you, VA.
